At Clover, we’re proud to be Gold Sponsors of the NSW WaterAid Ball, held at Sydney’s Town Hall on the 26th of October.

The event is held by WaterAid, a nonprofit organisation which aims to provide three basic human rights to millions of people around the world: clean water, decent sanitation and good hygiene.

Established over 13 years ago, the team behind WaterAid are professionals from within the water industry that seek to create impact.

In the last decade, their team raised more than $2.5 million dollars in support of their goal.

WaterAid invests in local partner organisations to enable them to deliver lasting changes for their communities. They typically provide financial support, training and technical advice, as well as help with planning, budgeting and organisational development (WaterAid 2019).

In many countries, taps, wells and pipes delivering clean water simply don’t exist. Even where they do, water supply services are often not affordable or accessible, or aren’t designed to last.

By sponsoring the NSW WaterAid ball, we’ll be partnering with some of the country’s leading organisations and industry stakeholders that are committed to providing access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.

Water creates impact. Providing the world’s most disadvantaged communities with this resource and human right underpins the health, education, and livelihoods of families and households for years to come.

At the event, we’ll be looking forward to connecting with clients, industry professionals, and local authorities in water and wastewater.
