This Role

As a result of strong growth and continued market demand our growing Sydney team is currently seeking a reliable Administrative Co-Ordinator with a can-do attitude to join our growing Sydney team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the daily branch administration
  • Reception, filing and administration duties
  • Processing of customer sales order transactions;
  • Procurement of office and warehouse consumables;
  • Maintain and update branch calendar, scheduling appointments, activities and staff leave;
  • Provide administrative support to our growing customer service team
  • Occasional event coordination

The Ideal Candidate

  • Valid Class C Drivers licence;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Sound communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
