    Administrative Coordinator

    The Role

    This is a terrific opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable team player to join and grow with our business, and contribute to the team with the following skillset:

    • Provide administrative support to our growing team.

    • Purchasing of office and warehouse consumables.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar administration/reception role.
    • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
    • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work autonomously with effective time management.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
    • MYOB EXO experience preferred but not essential.

    The Role

    This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable team player to join and grow with our business who has the skills to accomplish the following:

    • Despatch and receiving duties.
    • Regularly interacting with customers.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar warehouse environment.
    • Current LF class forklift licence with counter balance forklift experience.
    • Valid class C Drivers licence.
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
    • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
    • Though not essential, you’ll get bonus points for civil or commercial plumbing experience.

    Sydney – Full Time Role

    The Role

    As well as collaborating to deliver quotations and tenders, you will be involved in various stages of project development: from initially identifying potential projects, generating leads through market research, building strategic relationships with major stakeholders to ensuring you are maximising opportunities within your network.

    We are seeking an individual who has exceptional drive and tenacity—as you will be creating and executing strategic plans to promote business growth. We’re looking for a new team member with a track record in successfully identifying opportunities early, consulting with various levels of project stakeholders and closing deals.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • 5+ years experience in an Account Management or Business Development role within the Australian water industry.
    • Well established professional network within the water infrastructure market.
    • Proven ability of establishing and developing relationships with key water industry stakeholders by employing a proactive solution-based approach to maximise sales outcomes.
    • Highly developed communication, influencing and selling skills.
    • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater pipeline systems and construction.
    • Experience in supplying pipes, fittings and ancillary products within the water industry is highly regarded.
