Sydney – Full Time Role
As well as collaborating to deliver quotations and tenders, you will be involved in various stages of project development: from initially identifying potential projects, generating leads through market research, building strategic relationships with major stakeholders to ensuring you are maximising opportunities within your network.
We are seeking an individual who has exceptional drive and tenacity—as you will be creating and executing strategic plans to promote business growth. We’re looking for a new team member with a track record in successfully identifying opportunities early, consulting with various levels of project stakeholders and closing deals.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years experience in an Account Management or Business Development role within the Australian water industry.
- Well established professional network within the water infrastructure market.
- Proven ability of establishing and developing relationships with key water industry stakeholders by employing a proactive solution-based approach to maximise sales outcomes.
- Highly developed communication, influencing and selling skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater pipeline systems and construction.
- Experience in supplying pipes, fittings and ancillary products within the water industry is highly regarded.
