Overview

Clover PVC, GRP, and Polyethylene and Ductile iron pipe and fitting systems continue to prove themselves as premium quality industrial pipe fittings, in some of Australia’s toughest operating conditions.

PVC piping systems are widely used in water, waste water and chemical transfer. TOM© PVC-O pipes have been developed by MOLECOR, the only company in the world conceived and dedicated entirely to researching and manufacturing PVC-O pipes. The MOLECOR manufacturing process sets the benchmark for innovation, using the most advanced and reliable technologies in circulation.

TOM PVC-O pipes are the only PVC pipe in the world to be able to achieve pressure ratings up to PN25 and nominal diameters to DN600.

GRP piping systems are well suited to installation in difficult industrial situations where you have the option of trenchless or trenched installations. Their high strength, corrosion resistance, huge nominal diameter and pressure range from DN300 to DN4000 and PN1 to PN40, ease of installation also makes them ideal for large pipeline infrastructure projects.

Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes feature high impact strength and flexibility, as well as the abrasion resistance required in slurry lines. Polyethylene pipe is also ideal for pit dewatering and the countless water and chemical applications within mine operations. HDPE piping systems are well suited to installation in difficult industrial situations. Their high strength and ease of installation also makes them ideal for compressed air reticulation.

Clover offers a full range of jointing systems, including butt welding, electrofusion, mechanical couplings and a wide assortment of compression fittings that are capable of meeting the toughest jobs.
